Nugent Group
Nugent Group, the civil engineering company, are groundwork and construction specialists, providing plant and skilled labour for construction projects in Sussex and the south-east. The firm specialises in using reinforced concrete in deep, problematic conditions.
Nugent Group was founded in 1985 by Len Nugent, and occupies offices in Handcross High Street. It is a member of the Sussex Construction Excellence Forum.
Qualified Staff
Almost all the construction staff posses either a Construction Plant Competence Scheme or Construction Skills Certification Scheme card, and many have NVQs.
Plant
Nugent Group maintains its own fleet of excavators, rollers, dumpers, road sweepers and cranes.

Jamesland Homes, the housebuilding firm, is part of Nugent Group.
